Good Faith Estimate
As providers of mental health services, we want to give you a “Good Faith Estimate” of how much our psychotherapy services will cost.
Particularly if you do not have or care not to use your insurance, we are legally responsible to provide you with an estimate of the bill for receiving services at EMP. This Good Faith Estimate is for the total anticipated cost for all non-emergency services you would receive over the duration of one year.
Like all health care providers, we will provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate within one business day of your first individual session. You have a right to request this from all your healthcare providers.
Should you receive a bill that is at least $400.00 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
Be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
