Rochelle McGhee is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with the Emotion Management Program, LLC (EMP). She has over 20 years of combined experience in the social service and mental health fields. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and Certificate in Stress Management from Roosevelt University. Ms. McGhee began practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in 2000. She has trained staff and Graduate students on DBT principles and managed a partial hospitalization unit, incorporating DBT principles. Ms. McGhee has also provided therapeutic, case management, and administrative services for a variety of social service populations: women at risk for postpartum mood disorder, families at risk for protective services intervention, and adults with developmental disabilities. She is a member of the Illinois Counseling Association and the Illinois Association for Couple and Family counselors.
