Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is one of the few therapies with empirical evidence to support its efficacy. Listed below are some of the findings to date, and information about research currently in progress.
The Emotion Management Program, LLC is also actively involved in research related to DBT. Published results are not yet available. However, we will post our results here when they become available in published form.
